I have a B.S. degree in Statistics from UNC Wilmington, where I graduated Cum Laude and as a Distinguished Honors Scholar. I minored in Psychology which gives me an upper hand in understanding students' needs. I have over five years experience as a tutor in a wide range of subjects, but my specialties are statistics and math. I have experience and am very comfortable with students on the Autism spectrum.
Experience
I have over 5 years of private tutoring experience, working with students from 1st grade to college. I also taught a supplementary statistics course during my last three semesters of college. I completed an Honors Thesis in Statistics on neural networks and machine learning. My SAT sores are: 700 math, 700 reading, and 680 writing. I received a score of 4 on my AP Statistics exam (taken in 10th grade). The reason I love tutoring is getting students to achieve their goals and aspirations in school. I've taken a variety of classes in Statistics (undergraduate and graduate levels) and Psychology, along with five calculus classes, trigonometry, linear algebra, and classes in anthropology, anatomy, and economics. I love sharing my passion for learning and work hard to help as much as I possibly can.

Hobbies
I am very easy-going, kind, compassionate, and love spending time with kids. Self love and confidence are two of the most important things in my book. I went to an arts school for grades 6-12, so I have a deep love and appreciation for visual and performing arts. I love to dance, sing, and goof around with my friends and family. I also love listening to music, watching movies, and taking photos with my camera. I also love to travel! I have spent nine months living abroad in the Philippines. I was always good at school, so tutoring is just a great way for me to help people and pay forward my passion for learning.
